The Morning Star Subscription

Fresh coffee, on your schedule.

Some things should just show up, like the tide, the first light over the water, and good coffee. With a Stella Maris subscription, freshly roasted beans come to your door on your schedule, so your morning never runs dry.

How it works

  1. Pick your roast. Choose First Light, Rising Tide or Night Watch, or rotate through all three.
  2. Set your schedule. Every two, three or four weeks, whichever fits how you drink.
  3. We roast and ship. Each bag is roasted in small batches in Wilmington and sent out fresh.
